Poche’s Stuffed Beef RoastUnit Size: 3 1/2 lbs.Cooking Instructions:If
frozen thaw. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove from package, place in
pan with 1 inch of water and cover with foil. Bake approximately 20
minutes per pound or until internal temperature is 180 degrees. Uncover
the last 30 minutes. Remove netting before serving.
